Full Internal / External Plumbing Report
When combing a general building inspection with a full plumbing report you can guarantee we have looked in every corner of the house and block even underground. (sewer drains & storm water drains). A CCTV recorded video will identify any possible major and minor defects within your sewer storm water system. I can diagnose any possible water pressure problems, you would think higher the pressure the better? But no that is not the case, too high pressure can cause major problems with fixtures and materials, causing thousand in repairs caused by water damage.
